Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel comfortable in your own skin, which is why we offer a 45-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, first-pair guarantee applies only to your initial order of underwear.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, or a store credit bonus.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original mailer, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
